The basics
Dehydrated treats are made by gently removing moisture from a named ingredient over time. For Game of Bones, that means slow-drying meat or fish at a controlled temperature—without adding salt, sugar, fillers, colours or preservatives.
A simple choice
They make it easier to choose a treat with a short, recognisable ingredient list and a texture your dog can enjoy. They are useful for rewards, enrichment and supervised chew time—but they complement, rather than replace, a complete and balanced diet.
Choose the right size and texture, introduce new proteins gradually, keep fresh water nearby, and always supervise chews.
It means each product contains exactly the named meat or fish. The live range has no grains, corn, soy, artificial flavours or preservatives. Always read the current pouch label before serving.
Start with a small amount, observe for 24 hours, and introduce one protein at a time where possible. Keep fresh water available and retain your dog’s usual balanced food routine.
Treat needs vary by dog. The store advises that treats should make up no more than 10% of daily calories. Consider size, usual food and activity level; treats do not replace a complete and balanced diet.
Chews need active supervision. Choose an appropriate size and style for your dog, remove small or unsafe pieces, and consult a veterinarian if you have questions about a specific dog’s needs.
Jerky and bites generally keep 4–6 weeks at room temperature in a sealed pouch. Refrigerate fish and organ treats after opening and use within 2–3 weeks. Check the pouch for product-specific instructions.
Please speak with your veterinarian before introducing a new treat if your dog has a medical condition, dietary restriction or history of adverse food reactions. For suspected food sensitivity, a vet can guide any elimination diet safely.
