4. Missing an Item in My Order?

No worries—we’ll fix it if it’s our mistake! Here’s what to do:

Check thoroughly: Items may be tucked safely in the packaging.

Report within 48 hours: If an item on your bill is missing, take a photo of the box, delivered items (with labels), and the bill, then email helpgameofbones@gmail.com

5. Wrong Shipping Details? Need to Update?

Caught a mistake early? Call us ASAP at +91- 9082503298 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM–6 PM) to update your address, pin code, or phone number.
If the order is already shipped, we’ll try to correct it—but if unsuccessful, it will be returned. Reshipping costs ₹300 (covers return fees and repacking).

6. Can I Modify My Order?

Need to swap, add, or remove items? Contact our support team before packing begins. If the new item costs less, we’ll issue a gift card for the difference and if additional payment is required, we'll share the link with you.

7. How Do I Cancel My Order?

Reach out to our customer support to cancel. Refunds are possible only if the order hasn’t been packed yet. Once processing starts, cancellations can’t be accepted.

8. How Are Your Dehydrated Treats Made?

Our treats are slowly air-dried in specialized machines at controlled low temperatures—some take 14 hours, while others need up to 24 hours for perfect texture. We use only farm-fresh ingredients, stored properly and hand-prepared with care!

9. Should I Stick to My Pet’s Usual Proteins or Try New Ones?

Variety is key to a balanced diet! If your pet loves chicken, why not mix in some buff jerky for extra nutrition? Rotating proteins keeps meals exciting while staying close to their favorites.

10. What’s the Best Way to Store the Treats?

Keep them in a cool, dry place—moisture is the main enemy! As long as they stay sealed and dry, they’ll stay fresh. Always check the pouch for specific storage instructions.
